BASIX supplies research-use-only materials. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns

BASIX does not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned, regardless of condition or reason.

This policy exists to protect product integrity and ensure compliance with research material handling standards.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. BASIX does not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Improper use
• Misunderstanding of product purpose
• Shipping delays
• Carrier issues
• Failed experiments or results
• Seized, delayed, or lost shipments once tendered to the carrier

3. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

BASIX will replace a product only if:

• The incorrect item was shipped by BASIX, or
• The product was damaged in transit

To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the received item and packaging

If verified, BASIX will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
 Refunds are not issued in these cases unless replacement is not possible.

4. Shipping Risk

All products are considered research materials.
 Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

BASIX is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Misdelivery
• Theft after delivery confirmation

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in:

• Account restriction or termination
• Refusal of future orders
• Submission of documentation to payment processors disputing the claim

6. Policy Alignment

This Refund & Returns Policy is governed by and incorporated into the BASIX Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service control.
